Translation: Classic Irish beer culture. The stout is a dark beer by the collar from which emanate creamy flavors of coffee and chocolate. Perhaps you think that the name comes from the Pixies singer. Probably indirectly. In fact, Black Francis stout stems from one of the many legends of heroes off-the-law in Ireland. At the time, the Irish brigades were sent into battle against the French, on behalf of England. Black Francis and his regiment refused and went into the mountains. They became robbers "gentlemen" of the highway, driving to the rich and giving to the poor. After the colonization of Ireland by England, many stories of heroes off-the-law have emerged. Thus the Irish people could enjoy brief victories coming directly from the imagination and thus preserve their dignity in the historical and political meanderings. These legends have enabled people to recognize, while questioning the morality and justice.
