Not a bad brew, but certainly not amazing. Clean, but a bit thin I found. Touch of tartness, but not a dry thirst quencing way, its like the rind of a lemon, and I dont find it particularily alluring. Perhaps bit tannic, and the suspended yeasts hold little flavour or appeal. Lemongrass is present, some extremely mild hopiness complements it. Seems mostly technically well made, just seems to not quite hit the mark.

bottled; from the Fête de la Bière 2005, Lausanne - clear golden colour with almost no foam, it has some grapefruity hoppiness with a gently lingering spiciness, clean palate, light to medium-bodied with a pronounced bitter and spciy finish - quite ideal by a hot day like today

Bottle. Nice looking pale golden/straw coloured beer, with large classic looking white head. Highy carbonated. Aroma is spicy and slightly yeasty. Light tasting, fresh and foamy on the palate. Citrus edge to the taste, some spice. Light body. Feels like a summer session beer. Not bad.
