Comes out of tap slightly hazy golden with a fine-bubbled eggshell head. Wheaty aroma has a strong evergreen hop overtone and fruity and yeast hints. Flavor is quite hoppy and evergreen but not too bitter, like a quality IPA; wheat, citrus, pear and yeasty tones peep through. Mouthfeel is fairly firm and quite fizzy. A wheaty IPA? Why not?
