1000 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original HBH stein glass a clear golden-yellow coloured Pilsener with a small two fingers slight beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is mild grainy malts and mild floral hops. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, cereal, cooked vegetables and light hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is crispy and quite watery. This light to medium bodied Pilsener had a dry light hoppy bitter finish. A drinkable and thirstquenching Pilsener from the youngest and tiny brewery in Fulda.
