Uses Cascade and Falconer’s Flight hops. Slightly hazy gold with a thin frothy head. Nose is toasted coriander and honey sweetness mellowed by Citrus Hops and a pleasant yeast character. Taste is clean and hoppy accented by toasty coriander and herbal/citrusy rose hip. Finish is very clean with hints of rosehip and coriander.
