An unfiltered wheat beer brewed with unmated wheat and flaked oats to give it its cloudy golden color and smooth mouth feel. Coriander and Orange peel were added to the boil to give it its spicy aroma and flavor. Belgian Witte is fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain that gives it its peppery, banana, clove and bubble gum flavors. This beer can be served with an orange peel. 4.8% ABV
