Wallaceburg Ale is specially brewed for the nice beer-loving people of Wallaceburg, ON, and is available at the Wallaceburg Beer Store as well as in town’s fine establishments. Flavour Profile: Golden honey color. A herbal middle, clean, crisp, cascade finish with notes of dry biscuit, and a soft mouth feel underlying hints of honey. Pairing: Goes well with old cheeses, fish and wild game but subtle enough to enjoy with any meal.
