On tap @ Knoxville BrewFest, yet another Belgian IPA. Medium golden pour, nice white head, good lacing. Floral and hoppy nose, light Belgian yeast qualities, some fruits and citrus, very slight funk, more hops. Taste is good blend of the IPA hopped up factor and the Belgianesque yeasts and light funk. Tasty, satisfying, and yes, bitter with a good linger offset by sweet and yeasts. Nice new brew from Highland. Kudos!
