A nice enjoyable small sour. The base beer is a low alcohol rice based lager with a dose of Lacto. How to make a yellow fizzy beer drinkable!! A very quaffable summer treat.

Sampled on 5/26/2012. This Berliner Weisse pours a light yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and funky. A medium to light bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are fruity and tart, slightly funky and citrusy. The hops are citrusy. Nice carbonation. Good balance. A nice lighter tasting Berliner Weise, it tart and sour without being mouth puckering. A great summer session ale. Very easy drinking. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
