A double wheat ale. Don’t let this one cloud your thoughts. It may be hard to see through, but the taste is complex, fruity and hoppy. You will be hoppy too after a sip of this 8% ABV ale.

Hmmm... Intersting sweetness and a good sturdy body. Too much cereal, but also a nice fruitiness. The good and bad kinda cancel each other out, making beer that ends up average at best.

Sampled on 6/2/2011. This wheat ale pours a very slightly hazy yellow orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention. The aroma is cereal and grainy, floral and sweet. A medium bodied wheat ale. The malts are cereal and grainy, fruity and sweet. The hops are spicy and floral. A touch of tartness is in here as well. Decent carbonation. A fairly thick mouthfeel for a wheat ale. There is some tartness going on here, that I am not sure it supposed to be here, but sure makes for an interesting wheat ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart and slightly bitter.
