Cette pils allemande, notre seul bière à fermentation basse, est une blonde brillante et raffinée. Son côté croquant et sa finale sèche et poivrée sont typiques au style. Désaltérante, très agréable.

A fairly clean golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and leaves nice thicker foamy lacing. Lightly grassy, herbal nose with a touch of spiciness from the mild straw malts. The cereal grains do come out in the taste with the spicy and hops being in the background this time. The mouthfeel is lightly smooth, oil with a bit of dryness in the finish. Hints of pears lingers, and even a tad bitterness shows up. An easy-drinking Pils that goes down very well.
