Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Clean, light amber colour with golden highlights. A nice, big, creamy, warm light-beige head, very good retention and loads of foamy-creamy lacing. Fresh green apples, pear nose with leaves, herbal notes. The mouthfeel is drying enough to not be thick and too rich, but not drying more in the finish. Fruity flavours with maybe a touch of wheat, hints of peach. Malty base with a nice blend of mild hops. Gets a tad hazy with time and the mouthfeel is kind of creamy and smooth. A nice Belgian touch on an amber ale that is quite balanced with nothing sticking out.
