500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in an original Kölsch Stange a golden-orange coloured Kölsch with a one finger slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, faint hoppy presence. The flavour is sweety malts, bread, biscuit, corn, hay, fruity, citrus, hints of caramel. The mouthfeel is crispy. This light bodied Kölsch has a dry tangy and slight bitter finish. A pleasant Kölsch, easy drinkable.

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is quite big on bready and caramelly malts, also has some citrus fruits, mild earthcellaryness as well as some mild herbs. Flavour is wood, fruits, some earthcellar as well as mild bready malts. Biting carbonation. Some slight harsh grainy notes as it warms up a bit, otherwise quite nice.
