Black as night, but with a flavor you can appreciate all day long. The main flavor profile is 'roasty' which comes from ample additions of Chocolate malt and roasted barley. Hops take a back seat to the chocolatey/roasted coffee flavors. Cross Cut Stout is as big and bold as the lumberjacks of the great north woods in whose memory it was named.
