Wit with Lime and Ginger "A wit without orange is no wit at all" said a twit we’ll outwit and also appall. So off we went to accomplish this feat, with ginger and lime and a handful of peat. The wit was brewed and left to ferment, and the result made our twit whine and lament: A sessionable wit – tart, spicy and light – with not one lousy orange in sight. Malts: Bohemian Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Oats, Toasted Flaked Wheat, Acidulated, Peated, Oak Smoked Wheat Hops: Saphir, Wakatu Yeast: Witbier Adjuncts: Dextrose, Lime Zest, Coriander, Ginger
