Pours a golden color with small white head that disappates to a thin layer that covers the top of the beer and leaves some spotty lacing. Fresh wheat aroma with notes of citrus and a hint of pine resin. Lightly toasted wheat dominates the taste. Muted lemon and grapefruit with a hint of pine round out the flavors. Crisp and refreshing, especially on a hot, humid day like today. To me this beer is reminiscent of Boulevard's 80 Acre. Tasty stuff. A new wheat beer to add to my revolving summer beer repetoire.
