Rerate, 500 ml bottle, batch 440, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Slightly hazy orange colour, minimal white head. Typical brettanomyces aroma of farmhouse and white wine vinegar. Low carbonation. Sour but not extreme flavour, typical brettanomyces character. Appetizing. Original rating: Shared bottle at hotel room tasting, thanks to OleR. Hazy deep golden to orange colour. Fresh and vinegary / lemony aroma, notes of brettanomyces, farmhouse and fruit. Medium sour flavour, brett notes. Better than I feared.

labeled Sweet and Sour in the US. Didn't quite match up to some stiff competition, but not bad either. Definitely as advertised (sweet and sour). Makes you want to get some chinese food :) Comes off a little strange, like the sweet part is forced, though, and a little out of balance in that direction. For the price, likely a one-timer.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy mid-brown coloured Ale with a minimal slightly beige foamy head that had no retention at all. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sourish fruits, cherries, berries, light vinegar, spicy, cinnamom and woody tones. The flavour is sourish fruits, cherries, green apples, grapefruits and a sweety touch with sherry. The mouthfeel is oviously tart. This medium bodied Ale has a long sourish fruity finish. A great refreshing and tasting Wild Ale coming from Norway. I enjoyed it.
