We are very excited to introduce you to our latest collaboration brewed with our friends from DOK Brewing, showcasing our willingness to explore new techniques and processes. What´s up Dok is a rich and decadent imperial stout brewed with pilsner, pale chocolate malts and lactose. To give it a fruity aroma we added cherries and raspberries during fermentation. The result is a rich and flavorful aroma of chocolate and cocoa, balanced out by the fruit.

Sample from can at HaandBryggeriet tasting, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.8%. Pitch black colour, small tan head. Aroma and flavour of roast malts and chocolate, hints of cherries and raspberries. Very sweet flavour, too sweet for me, really - even if this is a sipping beer and not a refreshment beer. Hints of liquorice. The flavour is also fairly alcoholic.
