The Yarlington Mill apple originates from deepest Somerset but is now found growing in many cider orchards. The well sized red and yellow apples are ready to harvest in late November. The juice is slow to ferment which produces a rich red medium cider.

Bottle conditioned. Hazy orange colour. Aroma is cider and apples (quel suprise), taste is very nice and complex; apples, sweet, caramel, quite dry - I’m shocked at how much I like this so much, it has to be one of the best ciders in the world - great mouthfeel. Excellent.
