Our flagship beer, brewed from carared & melanoidin malts. the distinguished feature of this delicately balanced beer is it's unique red hue. There is an estery aroma, slightly peachy with redwood undertones, brought about by controlled bottom fermenting yeast. The sweet honey malty burst, quickly gives way to the classic noble hop flavours imparted by hallertauer mittelfruh hops.
