500 ml , on tap at the brewery in Plzen. Poured a slight hazy deep gold to pale amber coloured Pivo with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety grainy malts, notes of caramel and a faint earthy hoppy bitterness. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, yeasty, bready notes and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is round, clean and smooth. This light bodied Pivo has a slight hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant Pivo from the brewery which has the name of the creator of the Pilsener style in 1842, the Bavarian brewmaster Josef GROLL in 1842.

Draught. Amber colour, not that much head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and also some malts. Flavour is the same with a nice grassyness coming through. Wellbalanced and nice.
