Hidden away for centuries. Lost and forgotten in the troves of yesteryear. Green Man’s new-world take on an old-world style is kettle soured and features Pilsner and Wheat malts. The tart and crisp flavors complement our ever-changing combinations of fruits and spices. This beer pushes the boundaries of our imaginations and we’re the Weisser for it.

Pours slightly hazy solar yellow with a frothy and ephemeral head. Aroma features wheaty, ginger, tart fruit, and subtle sweet malt notes. Flavor delivers all of the above while the cayenne pepper makes its appearance - hot, but not somebody-dial-911 hot. Mouthfeel features good body, hardly any fizz, and a tart fruity and somewhat peppery finish. Get weiss to the heat.
