Pours an opaque dark chocolate with a fairly thick light tan head. Roast malt aroma had notes of bourbon-soaked wood and decent coffee. Bold flavor has bourbon-infused wood, roast malt, and coffee notes plus more than a hint of semi-sweet chocolate. Firm texture has some good fizz and leaves a woody and chocolaty finish. Let this demon possess you!

Aged in Makers Mark and Jack Daniels barrels. Yes, thank you. Near black pour, very short head whcih reduces to a constant cap, some lacing. Lovely not overpowering nose of roasted malts, light mellowed Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey, light coffee and dark chocolates, hint of molasses, earthy hops way in the background. This is mellow, big and fantastic. Want more.
