As a sign of respect to the previous owners of our new spot in Costa Mesa, it just made sense to us that we needed to make our first brew on the system a Coconut Rye Stout. Full-bodied, a tad sweet, and giving some AlmondJoy-like vibes from the use of chocolatey malted barley and a huge 12 pound per bbl addition of real toasted coconut!
