ORABELLE is brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and rye. This Belgian-Style Tripel is a golden beauty. Its two yeast strains, orange peel and dash of coriander impart surprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. Don’t let Orabelle’s demure nature fool you; this is one flavorful pour. Watch out, she’s a charmer – one sip and you’ll be in love.

355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.3%. Hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Strong aroma of ripe yellow fruits, orange peel and coriander. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, low bitterness.

Not quite like the true Belgian tripels, but a pretty good representation of the style. Has a hazy medium pale yellow appearance. Earthy and grassy flavors, banana, coriander, wheat, and yeast. Almost like an imperial Hef. Actually getting some heat towards the end. I'd call this a "poor man's" tripel, but certainly would sample again.

Comes out of the tap a hazy, barely translucent golden with a nice buff head. Aroma is rich and fruity, with butterscotch and malty hints. Flavor delights with banana, pear, butterscotch and sweet malt notes, plus a whisper of hops. Velvety and firm texture has some good tingle. Tripel your pleasure, tripel your fun--

12 oz bottle, bottled on 12/31/12. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a medium creamy white head that goes to a thin film that laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet and tart fruit with corriander and a bit of funk.
The flavor is bready malts with some fruit and corriander and a bit of a funky bitter finish. The mouthfeel is pretty full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a solid beer. Kind of a cross between a tripel and a wit. Easy drinking but with a bang. -

Sampled from bottle at the Choc taproom. Pours gold with a faint haze and a whipped egg white-like head. Pleasant spicy-herbal aroma. Balanced with some bready malt flavor. Mild yeast ester/phenols. Very drinkable.

Hazy golden yellow body thin foamy cap, some spotty lace left behind. Aromas of spices, grass, oranges, lemon and wheat. Flavor is similar to the aromas with pepper, fruity yeasts and some alcohol in the finish. Overall its a fairly decent brew.

Pours a cloudy urine yellow with no head what so ever. Lots of carbonation in this one but not too much. Aroma is very very spicy with hints of cloves. Taste is bitter and dry. Hints of spics, spices and more spices. Tad bit of fruit in there. Aftertaste is dry. A tripel this is not at least in the taste but is drinkable.

A murky yellow-irange tinged colored beer with a small, two finger foamy textured, off whute head rising briefly above. Settles into a thick ringlet. Wheat, coriander, apricot, lemon in the profile. Light, crisp. Interesting.

A little overdone on the coriander in the aroma, but otherwise quite pleasant. Like a bubble gummy full bodied and highly alcoholic wit. The orange peel is quite ever preset as well, but not overdone. A nice spicy, very fruity aromatic brew.
