Drinking this at the Wausau brewpub. Last beer of the night and it’s a good one. Complete blackness with a tan head. Super silky smooth body with complex aromas and flavors. The burnt malt is almost smoky. Caramel and vanilla as well. Nicely balanced finish is not too bitter or empty as some Irish stouts seem to be.

Had on nitro draught at the brewery, looks reminiscent of a widget powered guiness but that is where the similarity ends. Overall quite light, but good coffee and caramel flavors and super smooth and easy drinking.

This brew pours a deep black body with a large vanilla coloured head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and wood. The mouthfeel is suprisngly light and is very well rounded. Nice beer overall.

This nitrogen-pushed dry stout pours an intense black color with a creamy white head that coated the pint all the way down -- lovely! Gives a sweet floral nose and a silky, round mouthfeel. The flavor is complex; roasted, slightly burned-bitter malt with a mellow but slightly bitter finish. An excellent Irish stout all around.
