On tap at the Hilldale location: Im a fan of bitters, this one was somewhat dissapointing. Pour a orangeish colour with a fairly large white head. Taste is initially bitter, with firm hops and lemon on the palate. Mouthfeel is a little thin, slightly watery and light. Aroma is decent, noticeably hoppy with citrus fruits and grass onthe nose.
