A BELGIAN WHITE. PURE REFRESHMENT. HINTS OF SPICE AND CITRUS. In South Walton we are home to a rare collection of 15 coastal dune lakes surrounded by white sand dunes that serve to store and filter water, eventually releasing their contents into the Gulf of Mexico. Found in only a handful of places around the world, we thought their ecological importance and rarity deserved to be honored with the name of our Witbier. This beer achieves its unique feel on the palate and beautiful hazy color from malted wheat. The initial floral nuance slowly morphs to citrus with every sip. The medium body, combined with high carbonation and signature tartness, produces a very complex experience.
