Wisconsin's original Honey Ale is brewed using locally harvested honey and made in small batches to insure exacting flavor and freshness. Honey is used as a fermentable sugar source rather than a flavoring agent unlike the national brands.

What a waste of $1.75. A clear pale yellow that would rival even the lightest non-alcoholic beer, topped by a decent sized short lived white head. Aroma is grass, acid, and a hint of honey and hops. Flavour is rather putrid with skunkiness prevalent. Not recommended.

I've tried a few honey ales and was never blown away by them. This one is no different. Golden pour with an aroma of honey, flavor is somewhat sweet but nothing memorable. An ok beer.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. The nose is lightly sweet, and the beer is smooth but a little thin on the palate. Soft, mild honey flavor and a quick, tangy finish. Easy drinking, pleasant and refreshing, but not real interseting or distinctive either.

Mmmm mmm... nothing like a brew from Wisconsin. I love these honey ales, just something about the busy bee's making honey infused with the rest of the ingredients. I would love to try it on tap sometime. Goes good with cheese and crackers.

This blond ale pours a light yellow gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, with some honey. A light to medium bodied blonde ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of honey that strengthens as the beer warms. The hops are slightly floral. Kind of your run of the mill blonde ale. Nice body and good carbonation. Is has not real flaws of note, its just not all that interesting to me. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet

Pretty decent overall. It poured a bright golden body with a full white head that held a soft sweet aroma. It had a very pleasent honey taste, not overly sweet but definately firm with plenty of malts throughout the brew.
