Happy Easter is amber red with a pretty, white head. The Amarillo hops, the short dryness and lightly sweet aroma make it a perfect accompaniment to an Easter table with herrings, lamb, crisp spring herbs and of course cheese. The beer is a hybrid, a rye beer using lager yeast.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel, fruity hops along with some spices and yeast. Flavour is raisins, yeast, earth and caramel.
