Our Maibock has traditionally been a beer with which we exercised artistic freedom – and so it continues . . . This year our Maibock was brewed with 80% Weyermann (beechwood) smoked malt. Although retaining its classic golden hue, it has a wonderfully fragrant smoke aroma and palate, balanced with the rich malt of a pale Bock.
