Light gold color. Medium sized white fizzy head. Aroma is grainy and grassy, touch sweet. A medium bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter and spicy. Nice balance. Crisp and clean tasting pils. None of the off taste that sometime plagues this style. Touches of apples. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pours gold with moderate clarity, a fading head, and little lacing. The pleasant aroma features grain, grass, and something a little sweet. Hearty flavor for a pilsner with more malt than usual, which provides a nice balance against the bright hops. Light body with ample carbonation.

Sampled from bottle. This pils pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head and intricate lacing. Aroma is grassy and has notes of honey. It is too balanced for the style - I was expecting more hop bitterness. Good malt backbone with both honey and floral hops present. Medium-bodied and smooth. A good beer, but probably not up to par with the other Goose Island beers.

Had this on tap in Chicago. Aroma has green grass and a little toffee. There is a decent hops bite. The color is very pale with very little head. Good for the style.

Pours a nice golden yellow, effervescent and sparkling. Aroma is light, and not very complex...nothing stands out here. Mouthfeel is very average, smooth and slightly thin. Flavor is standard Pilsener, very crisp, light and non-offending. Not skunky like so many others, but not as complex either. Still, not a bad offering, just not their best in my opinion. In all fairness, I DID sample it ICE COLD, maybe a little better with some warmth.
