This is a sour smoked Bock with strong back notes of malt. Yes from what our friend at goose island said, a sour smoked bock (did i mention sour?). I really am speechless on this beer - what the blend of malt richness, underlying smoke, and a sour quality can do together is really our of my range of imagination. Actually, i am thinking viscous without being overt on the palate..but i am often wrong. So...
