A Belgium Style Ale with that pours a pretty copper color. The aroma is very subdued, but a little earthy. The taste is light in the mouth, but still spicy and bitter with a dry finish.

All of these GI belgian style beers are worth trying. This wasn't my favorite of their line-up but still very good. Mild belgian nose, pretty color and foam in the glass, very thin and dry mouth, flavor was so dry that the hops and dark fruit were too subtle but a nice spicey experience nonetheless.

1st tasted a couple times during last Summer's Brews & Blues Festival and it made a lasting impression. Now available in bottles locally it's nice to revisit once in a while. Nice and tart with some sour fruits and herbal notes. Quenching and great for a relaxing day.

Sampled on 2/5/2011. This Belgian Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, yeasty and sweet, hint of tartness. Medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity, yeasty and sweet. Hints of peach and apricot. The hops are earthy and herbal. Nice carbonation. Starts kind of sweet and finishes tart and dry. Nice beer. Great sipping beer. Mouthfeel is ful and round. Finish is crisp, clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

Pours an opaque burnt orange with a small creamy head. Aroma is bright and flowery. Yeast sourness kicks off the flavor profile. Molasses and grain play a small role in the finish while loads of citrusy, floral hopping keep it clean. Champagne-like carbonation and light body make it easy to drink, the 7% abv is well disguised. Special.

Sampled on draught at Dexter's yesterday: Poured a clear copper colour with a large fluffy white head. Nose is predictably floral with some light raspberry fruit coming out. Taste is really interesitng. Almost holds a mineral water like taste. Very spritzy and a taste that reminds me of wet rocks. Cool beer!
