This beer pours a hazy gold in the glass with a frothy head. A Belgian yeast strain adds some spicy pizzaz while subtle use of traditional spices lends additional warmth to the palate of this beer. The flavors linger before finishing dry, tart and very refreshing. This is a great summertime wheat beer.

Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Golden blonde color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of banana and clove. Medium bodied wit. Malts are fruity and sweet. A touch estery. Bright Belgian yeasts. Lively carbonation. Light and refreshing. Nice wit. Nice dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
