Pours opaque dark chocolate brown with a fair tan head. Aroma starts with a strong, mouth-watering tone of gingerbread; as you get closer, roast malt and woody notes lure you in. Flavor presents ginger, roast malt, cinnamon, clove and molasses tones, perfect for the winter holidays. Body is above average, while fizz is firm and finish trots in a note of bitter evergreen hops. Don’t save it for Christmas, or whatever you celebrate in December - enjoy any time of year.
