Brewed with 40 percent wheat and a special yeast gives this German classic subtle tones of banana and clove. Brewed traditionally during the summer months, it is unfiltered so it's full of vitamin B from the yeast and served with a lemon wedge just like in Deutsche land.

Sampled at the brew house in Tucson. Aroma was very sweet which was expected from a wheat wine. Appearance was very light. Mouthfeel was smooth and flavor was a little tart but very nice. Worth a sample.

Light gold color, very cloudy. Very smooth, nice banana and clove taste. Light bodied. Mouthfeel is surprisingly full. No sigh on the 7.6% alcohol. Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet, a touch of bitterness.
