On avait le goût de quelques chose de léger et de "crisp" en ce début d'année! Et on va se le dire: brasser des styles allemands nous manquait! PILSNER est inspirée des bières traditionnelles de Bavière. Elle offre un corps douillet, le malt pale brille sans trop d'excédent et nous rappelle des arômes céréaliers, de mie de pain. L'Hallertau Tradition apporte une fine touche houblonnée, herbale et une finale sèche bien agréable!

Can that pours a clean golden colour with very mild carbonation, a bubbly off-white head, average stay and light foam around the brew. Mild herbal aromas over straw-spicy malts and hints of pears. The mouthfeel is slightly slick with good building dryness. Again, a nice blend of spicy malts, pears and herbal-hops. Getting a tad vanilla in here as well, which works very well with the herbs. Some decent bitterness as well. Quite a nice drinking Pilsner with herbal notes and some light fruitiness.
