Kveik blonde houblonnée au Saaz et au First Gold. On a là une bière bien sèche, herbale avec une pointe "hearthy"parfaitement dans le spectre des bières du Nord de l'Europe.

Can that pours a hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and thick foamy lacing. Some citrus notes in the nose with some decent spiciness. Lots going on in the taste as well - citrus, Belgian Ale yeast, grassy hops, some spicy hints. The mouthfeel is dry enough with some slight tart. All-around, a very interesting Kveik yeast refreshing beer.
