This beer pours with a voluminous white head from a high percentage of raw wheat. Aroma is of orange zest and orange blossoms combined with hints of saffron. The flavor is crisp, clean and dry with a supple tartness. A summer brew that is great year-round.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

It pours a hazy and slightly bubbly golden-yellow with a thick and foamy white head and lightly copious lacing. A sweet and slightly sour aroma of rich malts, faint hops, lemon and sweet citrus, some sourdough bread, and coriander and other spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and fairly rich. Flavors of wheat malts, hops, lemon and sweet citrus, still getting some sourdough bread, and coriander and other spices. Awesome ... very smooth..

750ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a bi fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is lemoney citrus fruit, chamomile, flowers, and some spices (corriander). Very nice and refreshing.

The flavor is saison earthy funk with a little sweet fruit and a little spice. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with some sharp carbonation.

Overall, a very nice and refreshing saison. Probably the favorite I've had from a very interesting up and coming brewery.

Sampled at GABF on 9/18/2010. This witbier pours a light gold color from a 750ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, apricots and peaches. A medium bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet, most apricots. The hops are herbal. Lively carbonation. A touch citrusy and a little sweet. The finish is dry and a touch funky. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, smooth and dry. Aftertaste is sweet.
