Sample I got fizzed like the dickens, but not for too long once I got some into a mug. Aroma has a strong fruity, yeasty overtone with a tart apple note and a woody hint of hops. It pours a slightly hazy solar yellow with a thick, if not too persistent, fluffy white head. Flavor is quite tart, mainly fruity with a hint of malt - drinks more like a cider than a beer, still crisp and refreshing. Texture has average body and fizz. OK, not Full Sail’s best, but a decent effort.

22 oz bottle. Pours clear light gold with a medium fizzy white head that goes to a thin film and laces the glass some.

The aroma is sweet honey malts with a little fruit and spice.

The flavor is sweet honey malts with a slight dry sour twang in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to light bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, it's an OK berliner weisse - a little on the sweet side.

Sampled on 10/2/2012. This Berliner Weiss pours a light to medium yellow gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy and cereal, fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are cereal, fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Decent carbonation. Light and refreshing. Moderately tart. Its not quite a traditional Berliner Weisse, but it still has that crisp tartness to it. It also has a touch of apple cider as well. Some lemon zest as well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is tart.
