“26” is a Northwest take on a European classic and features intense aromas of pine and spice with citrus notes and is supported by a medium body, dry malty palate, and is balanced with a long, clean, herbal hop finish,” said Full Sail’s Executive Brewmaster Jamie Emmerson.

A murky yellow colored beer with a big frothy textured white head rising above. There's decent hang time on the head. It settles into a light dusting of film and a moderate ringlet. Sweet biscuit nose. Yeast, some grassiness up front in the tasting. Crisp and effervescent.

Clear pale yellow body with two fingers of white head. Fair amount of lacing. Yeasty and floral smell doesnt really smell like a pilsner but more of an APA, or IPA.Taste is similar with good amount of herbal and floral hops with a touch of piney resin. Malts are in the right amount for balance.Crisp, dry and refreshing.Overall not a classic pilsner but a nice spin on the style.

Pours a clear solar yellow with a thick and rather persistent snow-white head. Crisp, fruity aroma has a strong yeasty overtone. Flavor is mainly malty, but quite tasty, with yeasty and subtle fruity hints. Smooth, firm texture leaves a hoppy undertone. I am not a big Pilsner fan, but this is a good one.
