Das Trüb ist, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, unser Kölsch als Unfiltrat, was es somit aus der " Kategorie Kölsch " herausraus hebt, denn ein Kölsch muss ja bekanntlich filtriert sein. Deshalb bieten wir diese obergärige, naturtrübe Bier in seiner Urform an. Genauso malzig wie das Kölsch, doch mit zusätzlichen Hopfengeschmack und den wertwollen und nahrhaften Bestandteilen der Hefe.

From tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy deep gold colored ale with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a short retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is mild with a noticeable sourness, yeast and a slight hoppy bitterness. The aroma is grainy malts and citrus hops. The mouthfeel is wraped by a nice slight grainy corny juice and very smooth. This light bodied ale has a dry finish. Decent, ja !, but too soft.
