Ein helles, goldfarbenes Kölsch mit einer feiner Herbe, die durch ein leichtes Hopfenaroma unterstrichen wird. Schön süffig mit einer dezente Malznote. Ein Kölsch für Jederman und Jederfrau, welches einen schönen Mittelweg durch die weite Kölschlandschaft bereitet.

From tap at the brewpub. Poured in the original Freischem's stange a clear deep gold colored Kölsch with a small one finger white foamy head that had a small retention. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweet caramel malts, grassy hops. The flavour is sweet grainy malts, a slight hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is fizzy, sparkling and quite watery. This light bodied KÖlsch has a dry finish. May be the fizzy effect is a surprise but this Kölsch is very refreshing and nice.
