Pours a slightly unclear light golden with a small cap that leaves some lacing. Aroma is of cereals, yeast and some light sulfur. Taste is of cereals, a little husky and pretty much completely dry. Moderately high bitterness. Light peppery ending to it.

An orange-golden colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. There's good hang time in the head. A moderate ringlet is left. A floral nose. Bitter tasting. Crisp and effervescent.
