This Extra Special Bitter is a true expression of the brewer's art with a complex malt and hop profile befitting the style. This ale is brewed with six different malts; Hugh Baird Pale Ale Malt, Maris Otter Malt, Thomas Fawcett Caramalt, Pale and Dark Crystal Malts and Weissheimer Munich Malt. It is a well-hopped ale with Magnum, Amarillo, Fuggles, Hersbrucker Haullertau and Saaz Hops.

Draft, refreshing aroma lot’s of hops. Taste is very sweet, a little too sweet...but has a bite to it as well, kind of like rusting lead pipes. Don’t like this one too much.
