This classic ale is made using nothing but malt and fermented at a lower temperature to give it its clean finish. Easy to drink, low in alcohol. This is a terrific cross-over beer for those who enjoy American style ales.

A bright golden in color. A two finger head rising above. There's good retention. Settles into a well formed ringlet. Light grassy and more dominate buttery malt in the aroma and tasting profiles. Light and refreshing.

From the pils to the blonde, very similar. The Cass had a mild buttery note and little fuller body than the pils, but the grassy profile were almost identical. Need a heartier brew!

This beer poured a really tight foam glass top, with great color. The aroma was great and the taste was good. This was a very quenchable beer, just thin enough to drink a couple .
