La Sieur de Léry, une gracieuse Pilsner à la saveur étoffée, est brassée en accord avec la loi allemande de pureté de l’an 1516, « le Reinheitsgebot » à la faveur d’un brassage par décoction et d’une eau de source puisée au cœur des Appalaches. Elle dépose finement son amertume et échafaude une suite d’arômes, dont une finale suave.

Second brew of the night from this brewery. Again, popping explosion with a lot of beer that flows all over my desk. Damn !! Way too over carbonated. Anyways, golden with many tiny particles all over. Big white head, long lasting with patchy foam lace. Sweet malt aromas with some alcohol. Not as sweet for taste, but pretty mild with some corn, malts and again, a little alcohol. The hop is present a bit, thankfully. Other than that, kind of a less ABV malt liquor, that is just a slight notch up.
