Taps translucent honey-brown with a good beige head that leaves fair lacing. Aroma presents sharp bourbon, fresh malt and fruity notes. Flavor yields bourbon, woody, malty, pomme and a little tropical fruit, a hint of hops. Texture offers firm body and lively fizz. Run out the barrel!
