A Belgian Style ale that’s very pale and cloudy in appearance due it being unfiltered and its high level of wheat. Wit beer is traditionally brewed with coriander and orange zest. Ours uses organic pale and wheat malts, ground coriander, organic lemongrass (to impart a citrus character) and wild-crafted elderflower. There is no bitterness evident in this beer whatsoever, which gives your palate room to explore the smooth wheat malt and tantalizingly exotic spices that will quietly entertain your thirst.

Lemongrass and elderflower...you can tel this beer goes beyond the traditional coriander and orange, but never would have guessed the flower. Light and refreshing, yet flavorful, with a very fruity, floral, almost perfumey aroma. Better than it's 45th percentile on RB for sure.

I liked this beer. It delighted and teased if not a little off the mark of the style. Nonetheless, a sturdy brew with West Coast influence. Dark orangeish golden, big-ass head. Nose is yeasty, pineapple and mango notes. A certain citrus stench that is all too pleasant.

Pours a cloudy dark golden color. Smell is of spices, grains. Taste is tart, wheat, spice, a touch of lemon. Feels full bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.
